Overview
ServiceNow Administrator/Senior Support Engineer skilled in incident management, process optimisation, and data analysis, with ServiceNow certification, ITIL knowledge, and experience in Agile methodologies.
Job Responsibilities

Support
and guide the team through the different processes
- Monitoring of the instances
-
Execute maintenance and operational tasks, including
small
changes, lifecycle management (LCM), and license management
- Incident management: manage second and third-line incidents, including analysis, alignment, small changes, communication, and follow-up
- Release Management: prepare and follow up on releases, including runbook preparation, validation, and presentation in the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
- Process Optimization: optimizing workflows, reducing bottlenecks, and automating repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Data analysis: understanding of report creation, dashboard management
Must Have Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow instance health checks, performance monitoring and system upgrades
- ServiceNow Certified (Admin Course)
- Excellent knowledge of the ITIL framework, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Change Management, Release Management, Process Optimization, and Data Analysis
- Knowledge and experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have
- Certified
Implementation Specialist or other related certification
- Cloud knowledge

Fluency in French and/or Dutch
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
