Overview

ServiceNow Administrator/Senior Support Engineer skilled in incident management, process optimisation, and data analysis, with ServiceNow certification, ITIL knowledge, and experience in Agile methodologies.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Support and guide the team through the different processes
  • Monitoring of the instances 
  • Execute maintenance and operational tasks, including small changes, lifecycle management (LCM), and license management
  • Incident management: manage second and third-line incidents, including analysis, alignment, small changes, communication, and follow-up
  • Release Management: prepare and follow up on releases, including runbook preparation, validation, and presentation in the Change Advisory Board (CAB)    
  • Process Optimization: optimizing workflows, reducing bottlenecks, and automating repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Data analysis: understanding of report creation, dashboard management   

Must Have Skills

  • Experience with ServiceNow instance health checks, performance monitoring and system upgrades 
  • ServiceNow Certified (Admin Course)
  • Excellent knowledge of the ITIL framework, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Change Management, Release Management, Process Optimization, and Data Analysis 
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have

  • Certified Implementation Specialist or other related certification
  • Cloud knowledge  
  • Fluency in French and/or Dutch
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
