Overview

HR Project Manager with 8+ years of experience delivering HR platform implementations end-to-end, including go-live. Skilled in managing scope, budget, planning, and multi-stakeholder coordination across internal and external teams. Strong in risk, dependency, and issue management, ensuring cost-efficient delivery and alignment with business goals. Experienced in HR environments, Agile practices, UAT coordination, and clear stakeholder communication. Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing HR projects from start to finish, including go-live activities, primarily related to HR platforms.
  • Managing project evolution and developing the required change measures to ensure projects deliver the expected results in a cost-efficient manner.
  • Responsible for project scope, budget, and planning.
  • Managing close relationships with all stakeholders, including different partners, and coordinating the work of project team members (internal and third parties).
  • Ensuring clear agreements with project partners and following up on commitments and deliverables.
  • Responsible for the integration, quality, and solution alignment of the different aspects implemented by various project groups.
  • Participating in analysis workshops and ensuring requirements are captured in the blueprint.
  • Providing project documentation related to planning, communication, UAT, and other project activities.
  • Organising UAT testing and following up on testing progress and bug fixing. 
  • Escalating blocking issues to partners to ensure project deadlines are met.

Must Have Skills

  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience, including the implementation of HR software platforms.
  • Experience within a Human Resources environment, or strong interest in HR processes and employee experience.
  • Sound experience in project management methodologies, practices, and tools.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to detect, assess, and manage dependencies, issues, and risks, and to drive solutions.
  • Ability to structure projects involving multiple partners.
  • Ability to create clear project overviews to ensure transparency for all stakeholders. 
  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and French.
