Overview
SAP BW/BO Consultant with 8+ years of experience. Experienced in SAP BW/BO, UNV/UNX transformation, SAS EG, Oracle, SQL. Skilled in SAP 4HANA, DAX, Python. HR data familiarity preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the migration from UNV to UNX in SAP BO, ensuring efficient and accurate data handling throughout the transition
- Optimize SAP BW data structures to align with the UNX framework
- Address potential challenges arising from IT and data transformation projects to ensure uninterrupted HR analytics operations
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various SAP systems, including SAP HR, SAP BW, and related Oracle and SQL-based databases
- Implement and maintain robust data pipelines to facilitate the transformation process and ensure reliable data delivery
- Utilize MS Access and VBA coding for advanced data integration and manipulation tasks
- Perform rigorous validation and testing of data structures to maintain accuracy and consistency throughout the transformation of existing universes and queries
- Partner with IT, HR Analytics, and business teams to ensure the transformation project aligns with organizational goals and requirements
- Provide training and operational support to stakeholders on the UNX environment, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption
- Act as a subject matter expert, addressing technical questions and troubleshooting issues related to the transformation
- Identify potential errors and report them to the Tribe data hub
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand current and future reporting needs impacted by the transformation
- Translate business requirements into efficient data engineering solutions tailored to the UNX framework
- Support the development and optimization of SAP BO reports in the new UNX environment
- Ensure compatibility and integration with downstream analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI when needed
Must Have Skills
- At least 8 years of experience
- Technical experience in SAP BW, SAP BO, UNV/UNX transformation, and SAS EG is mandatory

Experienced in Oracle and SQL

Technical experience in SAP 4HANA, DAX, and Python is preferable
- Business experience is mandatory
- Familiarity with HR data environments and HR metrics
- Fluent proficiency in English
