Overview
SAP ABAP Consultant with 15+ years of SAP experience and 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience. Extensive experience in end-to-end implementation. Responsibilities include providing consulting for SAP EWM processes, including Design and Build, Rollout, Support, and Maintenance. Analyze business and functional requirements, prepare development project schedules, tasks, and estimates. Lead coding and other necessary activities. Perform technical design and document technical specifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide consulting for SAP EWM and related processes, including Design and Build, Rollout, Support and Maintenance.
- Analyze business/functional requirements and prepare development project schedules, tasks, and estimates.
- Lead coding and other activities as necessary.
- Perform technical design and document technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance of the developed solution with the underlying solution architecture.
- Lead daily collaboration efforts with project team members to identify issues and risks associated with the design, implementation, and delivery of assignments.
- Accountable for design and code reviews, and resolution of defects.
- Develop HANA objects like CDS views, CE functions, and SQL scripts using Eclipse.
- Apply SAP correction instructions, hot notes, SPAU & SPDD during upgrades.
- Build and support SM&M across the company using SAP's Express Shipment integration.
- Support application development efforts, unit testing, create technical specifications, conduct code reviews, create and manage transports across SAP systems.
- Develop, monitor, and support the organization's SAP ERP systems, including S4 1511 HANA, SAP C4C, SAP BI, and SAP GW.
- Build/enhance EWM process, including RF Framework, Screen Personas and MOBGUI, PPF Framework, Barcode Scanning, Warehouse Monitor, and Queue processing.

Integrate SAP S4 HANA with SAP middleware using IDocs, remote function modules, web services, or ABAP proxies.
- Develop test plans and automated scripts to ensure expected performance quality levels meet standards in development efforts.
- Analyze root causes and provide solutions for production and development issues.

Fine-tune SAP objects and systems utilizing SAP best practices.
- Contribute to the knowledge base of the SAP Practice.
- Integrate third-party tools with standard solutions.
- Provide training for end users.
Must Have Skills
- At least 15 years of SAP experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant.
- At least 3 years of SAP S/4HANA experience.
- At least five SAP end-to-end implementation experiences and at least one S/4HANA system conversion experience.
- Hands-on experience with development objects.

Have combined knowledge of development techniques, application structure, understanding of business processes, personal experience, research capabilities, and interaction with other resources to identify specific problems and propose solutions.

Ability to identify and discuss client expectations relevant to their area and monitor and report on the delivery of what was promised.
