Overview
Product Owner with over 5 years of relevant experience, a Master’s degree, and knowledge of banking fraud. Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
Job Responsibilities

Managing the relationship with business clients and stakeholders, both existing and potential
- Managing the intake of new cases, clarifies high-level needs, and drafts the product's key functional specifications in collaboration with relevant experts (architects, developers, etc.)
- Building the product and squad backlog (including change and lifecycle management), prioritising the roadmap, and communicating and explaining the priorities to the squad

Elaborates on the product strategy of his scope

Shares the priorities and explains the scope and needs to the squad, assisting them with refinement activities to empower their autonomous progress
- Works in close collaboration with the squad Scrum Master, who ensures delivery follow-up and facilitation

Keeping an eye on the progress of prioritised items (quality, adherence to needs, delivery status), through agile ceremonies and other ad hoc sessions
- Updating customers and stakeholders through product boards
- Aligns with other cluster POs, CPO, and other stakeholders on the cluster strategy, best practices regarding stakeholder and backlog management, and opportunities and dependencies to be considered (backlog)
- Managing communication with stakeholders in product boards and other forums, mitigates potential conflicts, and reinforces collaboration whenever possible

Ensures that legal, risk, compliance, and group guidelines are considered and integrated into the design and delivery of solutions
Must Have Skills
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of fraud in a banking environment

Technical and business experience are mandatory
- Functional acquaintance preferred

Excellent written and oral communication skills with stakeholders, the squad, and the tribe
- Knowledge of Agile methodology (or other project methodologies)

Professional stakeholder management using language tailored to the customer
- Ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French, and Dutch
