Full-Stack Java Developer with 8+ years of experience acting as Co-Tech Lead. Strong in Java, Spring Boot, React, and testing (JUnit, Jest, BDD). Skilled in architecture discussions, secure coding, and end-to-end feature delivery. Bridges communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders and ensures high-quality, scalable solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as Co-Tech Lead within a squad, supporting technical leadership and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with architects, challenging architectural decisions and proposing improvements.
- Bridge communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders (PO, SM, CSM).
- Take ownership of development tasks and ensure high-quality, secure deliverables.
- Fix security issues identified by automated scans.
- Creation and implementation of Gherkin scenarios.
- Ensure end-to-end implementation and delivery of features within the squad.
Must Have Skills
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with JUnit and Jest for testing.
- Experience in creating and implementing Gherkin scenarios (BDD).
- Front-end experience with React.js and Vite.
- Familiarity with Web Content Management (WCM) systems is an advantage.
