Overview
IAM Business Analyst with expertise in Identity Management, JML, RBAC, data analysis, Agile, and tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Visio.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the initial feasibility study
- Working closely with Business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements (functional and non-functional) and translate them into technical specifications
- Define approach to requirements gathering, and elicit, analyse, document, and validate business requirements
- Define approach to data analysis and data cleansing
- Create and document business processes using BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation) tools
- Contribute to solution integration and implementation or migration strategy, identifying new scope and requirements e.g. for parallel operation of as-is and to-be processes
- Collaborate with the change management to ensure that new deliverables are adopted for the benefit of the organisation
- Analyse the impact and the security risks of a new service development on the current system
- Capitalise on the existing security measures or mitigations in place and identify benefit profiles
- Facilitate communication between the business, the IT teams, and the key contributors during the project delivery phase
- Define a test approach for the identified requirements to ensure that the initiative delivers the expected solution
- Participate to the validation of the solution through testing and ensure the traceability of the results
- Update internal and external documentation to ensure its up to date like the standard operating procedures (SOPs) or training material
- Drive and secure the operational readiness of the project solution
- Use the company's in-house methodology for the creation of clear and concise documentation
Must Have Skills
- At least 5 years of experience as Senior Business Analyst to be able to produce the required work products
- Understanding of Identity Management, encompassing access (de)provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), joiner/mover/leaver (JML) activities, ServiceNow integrations, and knowledge of access control models and policies

Experience
with data analysis tools and techniques, statistical data modelling and data
visualization
- Experience of onboarding applications in an IAM tool
- Understanding of the current IAM regulations and standards
- Understanding of Mainframe and RACF

Business
process modelling, and experience with process mapping tools like Adonis or
Visio

Knowledge
in data management principles and practices
- Understanding of agile methodology and ability to work in an agile environment
- Understanding of data quality and governance principles

Proficiency in MS Office, Tableau, and Power BI
- Capacity to break down complex problems, interpret and challenge data, and make informed decisions to drive business success
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
- Ability to identify and analyse problems, understand their root-cause, and find high-quality solutions

in Business Analysis like CBAP, ECBA or CCBA
