Enterprise Architect with 10+ years of experience, who can assist customer top management in creating architecture, guiding, planning, and delivering the solution by modernizing the existing Microsoft (VB, .NET) technology landscape to modern technology while adhering to customer architectural guidelines. Collaborate with IT management, business leaders, and engineers to modernize the IT landscape and support project delivery. Ensure the architectural function serves as a crucial link between business requirements and technological advancements.
Job Responsibilities
- Shaping the strategic design and governance of IT architecture across our technology platforms.
- Work closely with IT management, business leaders, and engineers to modernize the IT landscape and support the delivery of projects.
- Ensure that the architectural function serves as a crucial link between business requirements and technological advancements.
- Develop and oversee architecture roadmaps for various business or technology platforms, ensuring consistency with global IT strategies and enterprise goals.

Offer strategic input to senior leadership on IT investments and
portfolio management, ensuring that architecture roadmaps align with business
objectives.
- Design enterprise-level architecture solutions that are commercially viable, scalable, and aligned with long-term business strategies.
- Steer the overall architecture governance, ensuring solutions adhere to enterprise standards, market trends, and security compliance.
- Guide the architectural governance process, ensuring that all solutions adhere to security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Promote a culture of risk awareness and proactive mitigation, integrating security and compliance into all architecture decisions.
- Monitor emerging technology trends and incorporate them into the IT roadmap.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure their innovation roadmaps align with the organization's strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Customer group architects to ensure alignment and integration of architectural strategies and solutions across the entire group.
- Mentor engineers, driving the development of next-generation IT talent within the organisation and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Act as a change agent, challenging the status quo to improve business
performance, productivity, and innovation, while ensuring alignment with the
broader Customer groups goals and objectives.
Must Have Skills
- At least 10 years of experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Advanced certifications (e.g., TOGAF) are preferred.
- Proficiency in frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman.
- Experience with modeling languages such as ArchiMate or UML.
- ArchiMate Modeling Experience with BizzDesign EA Tool.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure is considered a plus).
- Understanding of network architecture, virtualization, and storage solutions.
- Experience with decentralized infrastructure (e.g., Edge computing) is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, etc.).
- Experience with microservices architecture and contemporary integration technologies.
- Expertise in data architecture, databases, and data warehousing.
- Knowledge of data governance and data security practices.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and handling regulatory requirements.
- Extensive experience in IT architecture leadership, strategy development, and governance.
- Demonstrated experience providing technical guidance and leadership to development teams.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into architectural deliverables and technical specifications.
- Strong influence and decision-making skills with a proven track record of guiding complex IT transformations.
- Previous working experience in retail and large multinational organizations.
