Overview
Scrum Master with proven experience in data-driven projects, strong in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), data concepts, ETL, Jira, adaptable, and fluent in English and French or Dutch.
Job Responsibilities

Oversee and implement agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to streamline project
workflows
- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and reviews to maintain project momentum
- Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and fostering a collaborative and productive team culture
- Possess a strong understanding of data concepts, ETL processes, and data quality assurance
- Collaborate with project managers, data analysts and engineers to define and refine data requirements and specifications
- Proficiently utilize Jira to track project progress, manage tasks, and facilitate effective communication within the team
- Configure and customize Jira to align with the team's specific needs and workflows
- Generate reports and metrics to monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Must Have Skills

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in data-driven projects
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Expertise in data concepts, ETL processes, and data quality
- Proficiency in Jira and other project management tools
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and maintain a positive outlook
- Experience working in a distributed or remote team environment
