Overview
Senior Business Analyst with 3+ years of relevant experience in SEPA/Instant Payments, regulatory projects, and workflow processes. Skilled in conceptual modeling, MS Office, IS, and testing. Works closely with Product Owners and IT squads, translating business needs into clear requirements, leading workshops, managing feature delivery, and liaising with stakeholders in English and French.
Job Responsibilities
- Works closely with Product Owners and IT squads.
- Owns and follows up on the delivery of features, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and business objectives.
- Serves as a point of contact for features, addressing inquiries, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and challenging assumptions to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Translates business needs into clear business requirements for IT and Operations teams.
- Organizes and leads meetings/workshops with stakeholders (business and technical), including local Cash Management, various business lines, product architects, IT, and Operations.
- Serves as a liaison to the business community.
Must Have Skills
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent by experience, in SEPA/Instant Payments analysis, projects, or regulatory initiatives.
- Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong understanding of workflow processes (mandatory).
- Good understanding of information systems and testing.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is preferred.
- Understanding of Payment Processing is preferred.

Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and French.

- Good command of Dutch is a plus.
